Hi!

First of all, I tried what is in

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.2/sparc64/INSTALL.html

So I did:

# export
PKG_PATH=ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5.2/sparc64/All
# pkg_add -v p5-libwww

But in ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5.2/ there is no
sparc64 directory... :(

So then I installed /usr/pkgsrc tree... and compiled and installed all
that is needed for p5-libwww ... including p5-Net

Which installed perfectly:

# pkg_info | grep p5 | sort
p5-Date-Manip-5.39 perl5 module for date calculations
p5-Digest-MD5-2.16 Perl5 extension interface for various message digest
algorithms
p5-HTML-Parser-3.25 perl5 module to parse HTML text documents
p5-HTML-Tagset-3.03 perl5 module of data tables useful in parsing HTML
p5-MIME-Base64-2.12 perl5 module for Base64 and Quoted-Printable
encodings
p5-Net-1.09 perl5 modules to access and use network protocols
p5-URI-1.17 Perl5 class to represent Uniform Resource Identifier
(URI, RFC 2396)
#

But when I:

# cd /usr/pkgsrc/www/p5-libwww
# make
===> Configuring for p5-libwww-5.62

Checking for URI........... ok
Checking for HTML::Parser.. ok
Checking for MIME::Base64.. ok
Checking for Net::FTP......Segmentation fault - core dumped
*** Error code 139

Stop.
*** Error code 1

Stop.
#

So... for some reason, it doesn't work.

Has anybody found a solution to this?

Thanks in advance,
Gilles.
