jason's changes to clean up the sparc64 build missed updating some of
the 64 bit kernel configs to include the new std.sparc64-64.  i'm
about to commit updates for POWEROFSEVEN and NONPLUS64, but anyone
else with their own config will need to sync against GENERIC or you'll
get lossage along the lines of:

ld: warning: sparc:v9 architecture of input file `uvm_device.o' is incompatible with sparc output
