       Does anybody here can tell me some experience with 3C905 chipset 
       running under sparc64 ?  I'd installed SuSE Linux and the NICs are 
       working properly.

i don't know that anyone has tried these on a sparc64.  they may work
but we won't know for sure.  if they don't work it probably isn't too
hard to fix...
