I've succeeded in netbooting on an Ultra2, using a RH 6.2 system
w/ arp/rarp + tftp + bootparams + nfs.

I see the normal dmesg output etc. etc. correctly identifying the
ethernet card and so on, but then:

On the RH 6.2 system, bootparamd -d was saying:
getfile got question for "casimir" and file "gateway"
getfile failed for casimir
