I'd recommend to use 
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc64/snapshot/20010114/INSTALL.html
and follow steps mentioned in 'Installing NetBSD using Solaris'.
BTW some more details wouldn't hurt, i.e. it's not clear what you've 
tried and what didn't work.
