FYI: I got it down to 

 Failed 2 test scripts out of 232, 99.14% okay.

I'll now unify the NetBSD hints file, check on some other ports (and an a.out
system) and commit the changes to pkgsrc (the perl bug was accepted by the
perl maintainers already).
