I just put a 32-bit 1.4U kernel and bootloaders at

ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc64/kernels/NetBSD-1.4U

This is only a kernel for Ultra1 machines and not a generic kernel.  PCI
support is still too unstable for a generic kernel at the moment.
