From Jan 8 21:53:30 JST, my SPARCstation 20 is working with 2 CPUs
to build entire NetBSD 10.1, in 100% CPU usage. Screen shots:

(It still keep on buiding about two weeks, but my SS20 hanged
in last Sunday because of memory related error. I resumed on
Monday after I have replaced a doubtful memory module.)
If kernel has configured for second cpu like,
options MULTIPROCESSOR # include multiprocessor support
cpu* at mainbus0 # declare additional CPUs
dmesg shows cpu1 and if you have more.
