NetBSD 7.2, 8.2 and 9.0 on SparcStation IPC

Hi,

Lock-down continues, so time to upgrade some machines that had no update
since a long time! If they work happily, why touch them? :-)

I am trying to boot (to upgarde) on my SparcStation IPC. Currenlty it is
running 6.1.5 happily and perfectly stable

it fails with 7.2:

Rebooting with command: disk1:b netbsd -s
Boot device: /sbus/esp@0,800000/sd@1,0:b   File and args: netbsd -s
>> NetBSD/sparc Secondary Boot, Revision 1.15
Booting netbsd
Memory error during DMA transfer.
DMA control register = 3844d000 , DMA address = ffe84004
Extra scsi data. Fatal error.Data Access Exception

(in this case I tried miniroot from swap, using another disk is fine)

and 8.2:

Boot device: /sbus/esp@0,800000/sd@1,0:b   File and args: netbsd -s
>> NetBSD/sparc Secondary Boot, Revision 1.15 (Tue Mar 31 05:08:40 UTC 2020)
Booting netbsd
Memory error during DMA transfer.
DMA control register = 3844d000 , DMA address = ffe84004
Extra scsi data. Fatal error.Data Access Exception
Type  help  for more information

and 9.0:

ok boot disk1:b netbsd -s
Boot device: /sbus/esp@0,800000/sd@1,0:b   File and args: netbsd -s
>> NetBSD/sparc Secondary Boot, Revision 1.15 (Fri Feb 14 00:06:28 UTC 2020)
Booting netbsd
Memory error during DMA transfer.
DMA control register = 3844d000 , DMA address = ffe84004
Extra scsi data. Fatal error.Data Access Exception

Looks the same :(

Did we stop supporting the IPC? I don't remember if the CPU is still a
SPARC v7.. maybe we dropped it for v8? I hope it is an oversight :-P :-P
