Ross RT625 in SS20

Gang,

I have an SS20 with 2 dual RT625 cards in it (4 CPUs total) and 512 MB
RAM.  The machine was sitting around for a while, just pulled it out
last night to work on it.

I booted it and I noticed two things -- 1) it claims to have OBP 2.25
and 2) the memory test failed with "memory not aligned".

I pulled 2 DIMMS and booted again and it came up just fine, I tried to
boot the disk and it started to boot but had some issues (needs fsck).

My question is -- don't I need to have 2.25R and not 2.25?  It seems
to boot okay but perhaps I would have questions later.
