segfault installing -current in QEMU

Trying to install -current (201109151700Z or so) in QEMU fails loading
"instfs.tgz" from the CD image:

I saw there was some problems with booting -current in QEMU not too
long ago. That seems to not be a problem for me. I've only recently
started experimenting with the QEMU sparc emulator, though. I was
able to install 5.1_STABLE without any trouble.
