re: 5.1 Release Candidate 1 - SMP on sun4m

   Any word on whether SMP is working better (or at all :) ) on sun4m on
   5.1 Release Candidate 1?
   
   Single CPU operation is fine under 5.0.x but SMP has never worked.  The
   system cannot boot.
   
   I have an ss20 running and another ss20 and an ss10 for experimental
   purposes...


this unfortunately hasn't changed.  -current is a lot better but
still not entirely stable.  i'm hoping to have netbsd-5 branch
at least match -current for sparc SMP, but it won't be part of
5.1 at this stage, i'm sorry to say.
