For the records, my SS20:
cpu0 at mainbus0: mid 8: RT620/625 @ 125 MHz, on-chip FPU
cpu0: 256K byte write-back, 64 bytes/line, sw flush: cache enabled
cpu1 at mainbus0: mid 10: RT620/625 @ 125 MHz, on-chip FPU
cpu1: 256K byte write-back, 64 bytes/line, sw flush: cache enabled
has been running parallel builds for about 5 hours nonstop now, without a hitch. Sources are mounted via nfs, everything else is on local SCSI disks, console is a TurboZX.
Last week it would stay up when idle and fall over under minimal load.

have fun
Michael
