mostly working SMP again

hi folks.


i've commited several changes to -current today that make SMP almost
work for me.  i have to comment the stray interrupts panic and beyond
that it seems to mostly work.  i've seen two crashes in locore.s:
special_fp_store() i don't know what is up with yet.

i'd like folks to make the body of sparc/sparc/intr.c:strayintr()
be empty and boot test kernel, or use the GENERIC.MP i've uploaded
here, that has the same change:

        ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/misc/mrg/netbsd.generic.gz

and then report back on what happens for you.

it is also possible i have broken some other systems, as i have
touched some code i can't run.  i tried to be careful, but if anyone
has a new problem with sparc -current let me know, too.
