re: sun4c panic on -current

   - cpus[0] is not initialized in pmap_bootstrap4_4c()?
     (only set in pmap_bootstrap4m())

this is fine.

   - cpus[0]->master should also be set before calling getcpuinfo()?
     (in sparc/autoconf.c:bootstrap(), master is set before getcpuinfo())

i don't know why you need to do this.  isn't the bootstrap()
assignment relevant here as well?
