Has anything change in NetBSD-5_RC2 to stop ipv6 forwarding using pf?

I can ping from the router, and I can ping both sides of my gif tunnel
from a system inside the firewall, but I can't get out from inside any
longer. I'm getting hostname to addresses just fine.

Is there anything else I should be trying?
