Time on sparc

All,

NetBSD/sparc used to be a very good time-keeper, back in the netbsd-1-6
days. With the advent of SMP support, that changed some. Now, my two SM71
cpus have gone the way of the dodo, but the lone SM50 I have to put up with
(since NetBSD will not suffer a second one) does worse:

This is with a custom kernel that has DEBUG, DIAGNOSTIC nad LOCKDEBUG, if
it matters, and pkg_rolling_replace(8) running.

Comments?
