watchdog resets on T1 + 4.0

Moi,

I'm seeing repeatable watchdog resets with a T1-200. The system boots and
seems to work but falls over when heavy disk IO is done.

This happened while doing bonnie++:

bash-3.2# /usr/pkg/sbin/bonnie++ -u jarkko -d /media/ -r 1000
Using uid:100, gid:100.
Writing with putc()...done
Writing intelligently...

Watchdog Reset
Externally Initiated Reset
ok

First caught this when doing filetransfers to the netra via smb at
roughly ~6MB/s.

Clue heavily appreciated.
