It should be what I did as you can see in my disklabel
bellow :

# /dev/rsd2c:
[...]
sectors/cylinder: 2916
[...]
 3 partitions:
#        size    offset     fstype [fsize bsize
cpg/sgs]
c:  17793162    2916     ccd     0     0        #

# /dev/rsd3c:
[...]
sectors/cylinder: 2090
[...]
3 partitions:
#        size    offset     fstype [fsize bsize
cpg/sgs]
 c:   8384643   2090     ccd    0     0        # (Cyl.
     0 -   4012*)

I have set an offset of 1 cylinder.
So, where is my mistake ?

By the way, the minimal offset should be a track.
Could I reduce my offset to 209 for sd3 (as
track/cylinder is  10 ?).
