Umm, the Classic has a 50MHz MicroSPARC CPU. Not exactly fast since it 
has very small L1 caches and no L2 cache at all.

I seem to remember 6 slots, with 4MB and 16MB modules being officially 
supported - you need 70ns fastpage PS/2 SIMMs with 33bit parity ( 36bit 
parity modules work as well, the extra bits will be ignored ). As far 
as I know all Suns require either parity or ECC memory.
