Yes. NetBSD should work on all those machines. Not sure about the state 
of SMP on sparc64 though, I think it will still use only one CPU on the 
U60. SMP on the SS20 should just work.

The Ultras - yes.
I don't know what kind of graphics hardware the ipc has, if it's a cg6 
then the answer is yes.
The SS20's onboard framebuffer has no wscons driver yet so you're stuck 
with the traditional console or you can use a cg6.

Yes. Sparc64 comes with XFree86 and support for ffb.

I use a bunch of Dell and Sony 17" monitors on various Suns, 13W3->VGA 
adaptors went for about $10 on ebay last time I checked.
