Without hacking - none of them, Xsun and friends are your only options.
If you have a cg6 graphics board you can build a wscons kernel ( it's
not in the generic kernel because not all kernel graphics drivers
support wscons. As far as I know only P9100, CG6 and -current CG14 do )
and run NetBSD's XFree86 which has an accelerated cg6 driver ( Xorg
doesn't but that can change any time )
