	One other thing I've done in the past, because network booting wasn't
convenient, was to dd a mini-root version of NetBSD onto a hard drive, and
then boot the sun off of that.  Then, once booted, I'rd repartition newfs,
and load the OS by running from memory until I was finished.
This might be best done from your NetBSD-1.4.1  disk, then partition and
newfs your new disk, and then do the replacement.
