OK - the prom meets the minimum spec.  Perhaps your MBus speed has
been locked, that could cause some grief.  Check the jumper J1401
(under the MBus 0 slot) and make sure pins 2&3 are jumpered - this
will set the MBus speed to whatever is in Mbus slot 0.

If you can you may want to get the Sun document 802-2566 which is the
install manual for a SuperSPARC II in a SS20
