Hello,

I need some testers again - If yo use NetBSD 2.x on an Ultra 5 or 10
with the onboard graphics chip please try this kernel:
http://macallan.homeunix.org:6704/stuff/BSD/sparc64/
netbsd_Ultra10_02_11.bz2
It contains what's needed for Ultra 10 class machines, ohci, esiop and
a vastly improved console ( compared with 2.0 )
It adds:
- - wscons support
- - acceleration ( everything is done in hardware, the processor doesn't
access display memory anymore )
- - XFree86 runs without change, all it needs is the ati driver.
- - virtual consoles ( switching works only with USB keyboards so far,
there's still some work to do in the sunkbd driver - apparently it
doesn't send the right events )
- - the console is restored properly when XFree exits
It doesn't contain any FFB support.

have fun
Michael
