No problem, just connect the first serial port to some other machine,
set it to 9600 8n1 and power the sparc up.

It will use the serial connection as console. You can then do a network
install from the official distribution. If you know how to deal with a
sparc boot prom, you will be able to find the ethernet (mac) address
before booting - if not, don't worry - just let the machine try to boot
and watch the log output of your tftp server.
