According to http://www.obsolyte.com/sun_ss2/ it has 64k write-through
cache.

I cannot verify this on the actual system, since the NVRAM died the
day before yesterday and therefore I already removed the chip to put a
new battery on it these days.

I'll look it up once the NVRAM is in place again.

BTW: Does anyone have some 4MB SIMMS and/or a Weitek PowerUP! CPU
sitting around?
