This looks like a libtool/pkgsrc problem to me. Notice the "-mcpu=v9 O1 -pipe"
part of that command line? O1 should probably be -O1 here.

I guess you could get better help from tech-pkg@NetBSD.org (I do know 
absolutely nothing about libtool, which is the likely culprit).
