Well I have my SS2 fitted with 50>68 pin converter and use a nice much 
quieter (and half length, so better airflow) HD than the original one. I 
had to use the converter on the motherboard since there is too little 
space for it behind the drive. Only bad thing is that the 68 pin cable 
is much longer than the original less than 10cm.
