This link will give you a disk that will boot that machine. You will 
need to blast it to a floppy from a working Mac. Once you have it, pop 
it in and power-up; no key combo should be necessary. If you're 
interested, I have an old apple external SCSI CDROM that would work very 
well as I have used it to put NetBSD on a IIci. Might cost a bit to ship 
from the US though.
