The Sparc 20 DSIMM/VSIMM guide at:

  http://sunsolve.sun.com/data/801/801-6185/pdf/

shows (chapter 2):

DSIMM slot Physical Memory Physical Memory
  Location Address Start Address End
  J0201 (bank 0) 0000 0000 03ff ffff
  J0202 (bank 2) 0800 0000 0bff ffff
  J0203 (bank 5) 1400 0000 17ff ffff
  J0301 (bank 3) 0c00 0000 0fff ffff
  J0302 (bank 6) 1800 0000 1bff ffff
  J0303 (bank 1) 0400 0000 07ff ffff
  J0304 (bank 7) 1c00 0000 1fff ffff
  J0305 (bank 4) 1000 0000 13ff ffff

So, the DSIMM containing address 0x01e76b89c should be the one in J0201.
