I have re-read your first question and from

it seems you are trying to boot off an FSBE/S or DSBE/S SBus network
card. I have tried this before, with mixed results. SunOS-4.1.4 did
not work. SunOS-5.7 did work fine. OpenBSD-2.3 (IIRC) did not work.
I don't remember whether I tried NetBSD-1.x.

Anyway, if you can find a transceiver, try booting off the on-board
le0 network interface.
