Subject: netbsd 1.6 on SUN4/75 SparcStation 2 - esp0 not synchronous

Can the esp0 be set to synchronous? I have a nice hard drive
(18GB) in there and I can't figure out how to set it to sync.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

And if you know how fast the le0 can go
is it 10 FD or 100 FD max?

If this is the wrong place/person to ask, is there a
more appropriate place to do so?

TIA:

Here is my dmesg:
