If memory serves, you need a null modem cable normally.  The WYSE pages have
pinouts.  My personal preferred solution is to buy cable ends and use the Yost
serial cable standard; then I never need to think about this issue.  I'm using
a refurbished WY160 as a terminal on an x86 box, and it can be very nice to
have a console like that.
