the i386 GENERIC config has this to say:

# RAIDframe is broken with MULTIPROCESSOR / LOCKDEBUG

so i suppose that comment ought to be promulgated to all config files
for those platforms that have the possibility of being
multi-processor.

or is that "brokenness" simply an i386 issue?
