I tried to build some previous 2.x version and it failed somewhere in
avcalls or callback, irrc.  I have looked at it briefly, but hadn't
have time to fully debug it.  clisp uses some Evil(TM) low-level
tricks and either we have a bug in gcc parameter passing or something
else in vicinity that it stumbles upon.
