this bug seems closed, any chance someone could upload some good images? i'm 
still getting this problem with fresh floppy images on a classic with 48Mb 
mem. looking at the creation dates looks like these images were uploaded just 
before luke posted the fix. the 1.6 images seem to be from last september.
