Yes but please lets not disable something that's not causing problems.

Perhaps on the ESP100 specifically, but it's certainly not a problem for
non-buggy drives on ESP200 (I have several working happily).  Users with
buggy drives must deal with their own problems and I don't believe such
buggy drives are that common.

(upon a slightly closer look it doesn't appear the underlying ncr53c9x
support code has a "quirk table" or other facility for registering
drives which seem to support tagged queuing but don't implement it
properly)
