This is some slightly older -current, 1.6 will work too:

and from nell(4):

DESCRIPTION
     The nell is a pcmcia bridge for the sbus. It is also known as STP4020,
     the name of the chipset used to implement it, and has SUN part number
     501-2367.

Works for me (not realy fast, IIRC 200 kB/s out of the ~500 kB/s the wavelan
should be able to do, but hey, this is an LX only, and the wavelan is still
faster than my internet connection.)

I got the nell from eBay, and paid more $ for shipping (international) than
the card itself ;-)
