Sure, and SunRay can reflash itself from the network.  The problem
(for NetBSD, that is) is that it first verifies that the stuff it gets
is signed by Sun.  You cannot get unsigned code executed, so you
cannot use SunRay itself (i.e. the image that is already in the flash)
to update its flash with some code that will boot NetBSD.
