Unfortunately, it doesn't exist. There is some work being
done (slowly) in private to port 1.3.x to various platforms
but that work can't be released as a binary until certain
licensing restrictions are removed.

If you're feeling very adventurous, you could try downloading
the source from Sun and the patches for FreeBSD
(http://www.eyesbeyond.com/freebsddom/java/jdk13.html)
and try building for sparc. Be aware that it probably won't
compile out of the box for sparc though.

The better alternative is to run the Sun reference implementation
for Solaris under emulation.
