Post-1.5.2 kernels on the 1.5 branch, and -current kernels, have an ipf that
is incompatible with the userland programs ipf, ipnat, etc.

If you're using a post-1.5.2 kernel on the 1.5 branch, get the most recent
userland snapshot and update userland as well.
