port-sparc: SS2 hardware woes

Hi.  Recently my SS2 quit on me.  At power-up, on the serial console I get:

*** U0209 ***
        PMAP = 000d5000, Exp = 00000000, Obs = 04000000

Google doesn't have anything on this.  Does anyone recognize this
error?  My guess is either main memory or MMU memory, hopefully
it's main memory...
