Hi,
I am installing Netbsd for sparc64 arch under
solaris.I have made root and usr partition on machine
and dump all data on that partition according to the
documentation.All things are fine but problem is that
when I run installboot for making a boot block on root
partition then the following error is generated.

#installboot bootblk /dev/dsk/c0t3d0s0
/dev/dsk/c0t3d0s0: Not a character device

since the c0t3d0s0 is the root partition.
I dont understand that why this error is
generating.Kindly tell me its cause and solution.I am
very thankful to you in advanced.
