Well, as far as i remember that thread, the result was that it is
possible to use most of the 24 bit frame buffers with sparc linux,
isn't it? 
And then the thread ended with no results.

I own a ss10 with a leo frame buffer and i con offer it to tests of
that device. But i lack time and know how (ok, as an IT consultant i
am used to go into projects without having enough knowlwdge to do the
job :-) ).
