hi folks.


i'm about to commit changes to switch the sparc port to using the
generic softintr(9) interface for software interrupts.  this means
changing how the network, clock & serial (com) soft interrupts are
done, and while both my network and clock seem from, i do not have
a sparc with a `com' port on it to test the serial changes.  i
don't expect it to be any great issue.


as usual, send-pr if you experience any strangeness.
