I tried interrupting the install script at the point where it
asks for the second floppy, but 'eject' failed with:
# eject /dev/fd0a
fd0: timeout: state 10
fd0: timeout: state 13
fd0: timeout: state 13
fd0: timeout: state 13
fd0: timeout: state 13
fd0a: hard error reading fsbn 0
fd0: controller status: state 13

FWIW I did a 'tar tvzf /dev/fd0' on a Linux machine and was able to
see all of the files I found in the disk2 image.
