"boot -s" from the prom will get you into singleuser mode. You'll need
the root password, though!

Setting IP# is pretty easy, just fix /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname.le0.
I don't know how to setup a terminal, the ttymon is not clear to me.
Not that I bothered with it so far. admintool should help you there,
though!
