Gee, I'm stupid.  Kernel is called from secondary boot and %o0 and %o3
are what boot.net passed us, not what prom passed.  Guess boot.c needs
to be fixed to pass arguments more prom-like instead.

What are first four arguments to entry_t?  Was it indended to mimic
prom, but OFW glue not merged?
