what's the likelyhood of an FDDI driver ever getting written? i have several
Network Peripherals and Sun branded SBus FDDI adapters. the work smashingly
under Solaris 8 with the latest drivers from NP (haven't installed one of the
Sun ones yet)

is anyone working on support for these things? or does it already exist and
i'm blind and missed it.

thanks,

-brian

ps: i've been buysing SBus FDDI cards on ebay for $20-$50 a piece, whereas
people want $100+ for FastEthernet cards. Sure, i had to plop down for a hub
since these are all SAS cards, but i payed almost as much for my FastEthernet
switch, so i don't mind replacing one with the other. now to get a PC Card
FDDI or CDDI adapter for my laptop. :)
